Replace the heating element:

What we should pay attention to is that the heater is the consumable part of
the machine, When the PVC welding machine can not heating up, we can conclude 
the heater is used out.so we should learn how to replace the heater when it 
can't work, now, Let our technician show you how to replace the heater:Firstly, screwing 
out the three screw,take out the old heater, and then put the new heater into
the heat gun, tighten the screw,it is okay.

The machine not walk

We have three solutions:

Firstly: Check the third knob if it on the point between 4 and 5. Because when put it on the 4-5, it can walk.

Second, when you turn the handle to the left make the machine walk. Notice the magnet make sure the magnet 
can touch the body of the machine.The third point,check the ,it is inside of the end of machine.Open the back cover,
we can see the location of the ,it is contact with gear,we should check is the gear can touch the *.If can not, the * 
should out of the shape, we should adjust it by hand.when we sure can hear a click sound.It work well.

The temperature not rise:

Firstly, Check the temperature knob.The yellow knob is used to control the temperature rise or down. We should 
switch the yellow knob to "on" and hear one "click" sound.Second, check the heating element.If it can work or not. 
If it can not work, replace new one, and test is again to work.

the nozzle is retained by the wheel:
While transport, the heat gun maybe extrused, when you turn the handle, the nozzle can touch the wheel,then we 
need adjust the the heat gun.

the pratical temperature screen can not show the temperatures:
The line which contact with heat gun and the board is not hard up.Fix it if not hard.

The of the nozzle is fall down.That need replace a new line.
